Welcome to the EudraVigilance Training Course Assessment. The on-line functionality for completing this assessment is currently unavailable.

The assesmment consists of 31 randomly selected multiple-choice questions. There is one correct answer for each question.

The passing score for this assessment is 80 percent, or 25 of 31 correct answers. You are allowed three attempts to successfully complete the assessment. If you do not obtain a passing score on your first attempt, you will receive a new assessment to complete. Contact DIA at 41 61 225 5151 for a copy of the post-test assessment. You will receive your scores within two weeks of receipt of your assessment. 

Part 2
You have two more opportunities to pass this portion of the assessment. Contact DIA at 41 61 225 5151 for a copy of the CIOMS form. Please complete an ICSR report in the EVWEB as you did in the training course using the username and password you were given in the training course. Once you have completed the report, save an electronic RTF copy of the message and send it to the EV Training system. Then attach the RTF copy to an email and sent it to Marta Nowacka at the EMEA (Marta.Nowacka@emea.europa.eu) specifying the username you used to enter the case.

Part 3
You have two more opportunities to pass this portion of the assessment. Contact DIA at 41 61 225 5151 for a Product Report form. Please complete a product report message as you did in the training course using the username and password you were given in the training course. Once you have completed the medicinal product, save an electronic RTF copy of the product message and send it to the EV Training system. Then attach the RTF copy to an email and sent it to Marta Nowacka at the EMEA (Marta.Nowacka@emea.europa.eu) specifying the username you used to enter the case.
