Meetings with Exhibit Space
Throughout the year, DIA holds more than 100 meetings, workshops and conferences around the world, most of which offer opportunities for exhibiting. Attendee numbers at DIA events range from 50 - 6000, so the exhibits program ranges from a handful of tabletop exhibits to traditional exhibit hall trade shows. Annual conferences with exhibit halls include the Annual Meeting, the Annual EuroMeeting, the Electronic Document Management Conference, and the Clinical Data Management Conference. Other exhibit hall opportunities are available occasionally throughout the year.

The tabletop exhibit program offers a unique opportunity to meet attendees before and after sessions and during the breaks of our smaller meetings. Typically there are just a few exhibitors, so visibility is excellent. Tabletops are strategically positioned to take advantage of meeting traffic, so the odds of being able to speak with appropriate targets are high. The ability to offer tabletop exhibits varies with the space available at the facility contracted for an individual program. Current exhibiting opportunities can be found below.
