The purpose of the Executive Committee is to manage the operations of the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee facilitates the Board’s activities in many ways and also serves as a sounding board for the Executive Director. The Executive Committee makes immediate or timely decisions in between board meetings where a delay would not be in the best interest of the Association.
