Strategic Planning & Implementation

The purpose of the Strategic Planning & Implementation Committee is to lead and coordinate the Board of Director's activities necessary to develop, update, and measure development and success of the Strategic Plan, along with helping the Board to provide any necessary governance oversight and inquiry for the organization’s performance against this plan.
