Biography:
RAC Member – India Chapter
With a Science background and an experience of 45 years + in the Indian pharma industry, have managed to expand my horizons in the industry in almost all the relevant areas. My career travelogue consisted of field activities to start with and progressing towards managerial activities in the marketing of OTC as well as specialized products. It was mainly multinational experience through and through and today I am a director of an Indian public limited company specialized in anti-malarials, suppositories and pessaries.
On the other experiences front, have been the president of All India Small Drug Manufacturers Association for 2 consecutive terms and presently in the Executive councils of Indian Drug Manufacturer’s Association (IDMA) and Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA).
I am happy to say here that, I have undergone trainings in United Kingdom for various biomedical equipments and devices belonging to British companies.
I posses a passion of getting educated and facilitate education to others both in medical devices as well as pharmaceutics.
Thus I am happy to be a part of DIA.
