Biography:

Yoshihiko Ono currently serves as the head of Regulatory Policy and Intelligence at Pfizer Japan Inc. Mr. Ono has 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs in Novartis, Amgen and Pfizer and has handled broad range of responsibilities for regulatory strategy and policy in Japan through his career. He also works as a part-time professor in the Graduate School of Musashino University, teaching Pharmaceutical Science. Mr. Ono has been actively involved in DIA meetings from the planning phase as a program committee member, to session-chair and speaker. His contribution has helped to enhance programs at the conference. He currently serves as a vice-chair in the Advisory Council Japan. He participates actively in the JPMA (Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association) as a Steering Committee member of Regulatory Affairs Committee and Drug Evaluation Committee. He has served as chairperson on the Science and Regulatory Affairs Committee in PhRMA (The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America) Japan Office since 2010.
