The San Diego Convention Center's address is 111 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA, 92101. The Center is conveniently located near the 5, 94 and 163 freeways. Below are driving directions from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

From Los Angeles to San Diego
Take 5 South
Take Front Street Exit towards Civic Center
Veer Right on Front Street
Turn Left onto Harbor Drive

From Las Vegas to San Diego

Take 15 South
15 South will become 215 South (San Bernardino/Riverside)
Merge onto CA 163 South

Parking

Parking at the Convention Center
On-site private vehicle parking is available at the San Diego Convention Center's 1,950-vehicle underground garage located below the building. The entrance to the parking garage is on Harbor Drive, between First Avenue and Fifth Avenue. There is also an additional 2,000-space parking structure available directly across the street at the east end of the Center.  Daily parking rates may range from $10 to $20 on days when there is special event activity at PETCO Park or other downtown events. Payment is due upon entry and there are no in and out privileges. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Parking in Downtown San Diego
Off-site parking is available at numerous nearby parking lots and garages in Downtown San Diego, and many are within walking distance of the Convention Center. Lots and garages are individually owned and operated, and prices vary by location. Metered street parking is available in some areas. Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM until 6 PM, unless otherwise posted. Metered spots are free on Sunday.

Getting Around San Diego

A variety of transportation options are available from the airport to downtown San Diego.

Taxi Service from San Diego Airport
Cost: Approximately $15 one way
Many taxi companies provide taxicab service at San Diego International Airport. If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A Transportation Coordinator will place you with the first available taxi – unless you specify a particular taxicab company.

Shuttle Bus Service from San Diego Airport

San Diego Super Shuttle is offering DIA Attendees discounted shuttle service between the San Diego International Airport (SAN) and San Diego Convention Center during the meeting. For airport shuttle service information and reservations, call (800) 258-3826 and mention code DIA2014 to the reservation agent to receive $1 off a one-way transfer or $2 off a roundtrip transfer. Online reservation is also available.  There is an option to book sedans as well; the meet and greet rate is $44, not including driver gratuity. To avoid wait time and receive the discount, advance reservations are required.

Metropolitan Transit System (MTS)
The Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) offers fast and convenient service from the airport to the Convention Center. MTS operates the San Diego Trolley and has made trip planning easy with the fun places to go transportation guide.  In addition to the trolley, The Flyer, MTS bus route 992, directly services the airport and the downtown area.
