Renee Selman brings to Adheris Health more than two decades of experience leading health care organizations, driving global growth, advancing talent and delivering new product innovations to market. Previously, Renee has worked as a senior leader in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and health care marketing sectors. For the past three years, Renee served as President of Catalina Health, a company delivering behavior-based patient adherence and education programs. From 2005-2010, Renee acted as Worldwide President of Ethicon Women’s Health and Urology (EWHU) a medical device division of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, Renee led an organizational turnaround, improving profitability and growing emerging markets. She led a cross-functional global board that included R&D, medical affairs, operations, and other shared functions. She also spearheaded business development activities, including acquisitions and licensing agreements. Prior to EWHU, Renee served as VP Sales & Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Wound Management. In this capacity, she led a 200-person sales and marketing team, growing the business more than 20% each year while advancing 30% of the management team into positions of greater responsibility. While in Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical division, Renee held multiple positions of increasing responsibility, including sales, marketing and new product development, spanning numerous therapeutic areas and specialties.
Renee serves on the Hunterdon County Medical Center Board of Trustees (community hospital) and Alumni Advisory Board at Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
