Biography:

Dr. Patricia Audet obtained her B.S in Pharmacy and Pharm. D. from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences (PCPS). She completed a residency in Adult Internal Medicine at PCPS and the University of Pennsylvania. For 10 years, Dr. Audet was a full-time faculty member in clinical pharmacy with a focus on therapy for renal disease and transplantation with a joint appointment to UPenn Medical School and Renal Service. Following her initial academic career, Dr Audet spent 20 years with GSK in various roles including clinical pharmacology; project management, responsible for R&D portfolio for oncology, inflammation, osteoporosis, urology, and dermatology; business development, R&D redesign before and after GSK merger; and new preclinical Clinical Research Organization models for GSK for chemical and pharmaceutical development and drug metabolism pharmacokinetics and safety assessment. Dr. Audet returned to University of the Sciences in Fall 2009 as Chair and Professor of Department of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business, Mayes College of Healthcare Business and Policy.
