Refreshment breaks, lunches and receptions
DIA Europe will provide all refreshments and lunches in the exhibition hall, with seating areas offering an opportunity to network with colleagues from your professional discipline.
The 25th EuroMeeting Anniversary Reception on Monday and the Networking Reception on Tuesday will also take place in the exhibition hall.
Posters
Our popular poster display provides the opportunity for individuals to present their research and offer an excellent venue for extended informal discussion with delegates. There will be a dedicated area in the exhibition hall for Student and Professional Posters.
Exhibition Space Fees and Information
3m x 3m booth space € 4’650.00
Booth space is sold on a first-come first-served basis.
Fee includes:
- One complimentary full-meeting registration
- Up to three complimentary exhibition booth personnel registrations
- Pre-fitted shell scheme booth structure (white, 2.5m high)
- Carpet tiles
- Fascia in white
- Company name and stand number in black on two sides
- One small table
- Three chairs
- One waste basket
- One spot per 3 meter
electrical connection (2kW), including a double wall socket and consumption for three days
- Daily stand cleaning
Additional expenses associated with the exhibit, including special booths, lights, phone, additional electrical connections, etc., will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor, unless otherwise noted.
