DIA Europe is looking forward to your participation in the Clinical Forum 2013 in Dublin. Here is some important information designed to help you prepare for your session.

The upload site will be launched on 30 August 2013. Access to the upload site will be grated through the Speakers' Corner.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR 2013

All speakers are registered for the meeting

and do not need to complete any forms or register on our website. 

SPEAKER PREVIEW ROOM

The Speaker Preview Room will be located in the first floor of the CCD. Computer workstations are available for Speakers and Chairs to preview presentations. All speakers are required to check their presentations at least 2 hours before their session. The presentation cannot be uploaded in the session rooms. IT support will be available in the Speaker Preview Room.

SPEAKER BIOS

All speakers are requested to upload their biographies into the Profile & Disclosure section of the Speakers' Corner. Session chairs can access and print their presenters’ bios from there as well.

PRESENTATION TEMPLATE

All speakers are requested to base their presentation on the DIA Clinical Forum Presentation Template.
