Risks are the holes in the dike.  Too many holes and the dike will crumble.  After creating the Schedule, the Staffing plan and the Budget, Risk Management is required to determine what holes may be in your plans.  In other words, you will leave this seminar understanding the risk management process; being able not only to find the holes in your projects, but also being able to fill them in order to ensure a more structurally sound project.

  • Recognize how to apply several of the Risk Response Planning approaches; such as Mitigation and Contingency Planning
