As a reminder, all booths are required to carpet or put down flooring in their booth. If you are not providing your own flooring, carpeting may be ordered through Freeman by using the order forms included in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Carpeting will be forced on any booth not carpeted by noon on Sunday unless previous arrangements have been made.
Additionally, DIA provides a standard package with each 10x10 that includes a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, etc. If you do not wish to receive the booth package, please complete and return the Show Package form to Freeman checking the box at the bottom only if you are NOT interested in the free booth package.
In addition to the standard booth services and utilities offered by Freeman we’d also like to highlight some of the other official groups offering services to exhibitors this year. Audio/Visual rentals are being handled by AV Concepts; Catering services are provided by Centerplate including drink ticket sales for DIA’s Opening Reception and 50th Anniversary Celebration on Monday; and lead retrieval scanner rentals are coordinated through Experient.
Robert Levy Photography will be providing booth photographs this year. Robert Levy may be reached at email@example.com.
